The Chalkboard Wall

Brie and Amanda decided they wanted to paint one wall in Brie's room with chalkboard paint. I was not in favor of it 'cuz I thought her room was so cute the way it was. But, she persisted - told me it looked like a little girl's room (ah, no it did not) and they promised they would do the painting and clean up. I told them I was worried about what would happen to all the chalk dust since we had new carpeting in her room and the rest of the house. They promised they would put a towel down and keep the dust cleaned up. So, I relented and let them paint the wall. It actually turned out better than I thought it would, and they are very happy with it.
